Execution
What happens if the trip is canceled?
- If the trip is canceled due to unforeseen events, we will offer a refund or an alternative trip. We work closely with our suppliers to minimize the risk of canceled trips.
Are there age restrictions for participation?
- Yes, the trip is only available to individuals who are 18 years or older.
How many people stay on each catamaran?
- Each catamaran accommodates 10 people excluding the skipper.

What happens if I get sick during the trip?
- Your home insurance includes travel protection, and if you paid for your trip with a Visa or Mastercard, travel protection is also included. We are available on-site to help resolve such situations if they arise.

Cancellation and refunds
What happens if the flight is canceled?
- We work closely with the airlines to manage canceled flights and will arrange alternative flights.
Payment Terms Policy
To secure your booking and guarantee a spot on the trip, we adhere to the following payment terms:
Registration Fee: The first payment, equivalent to 25% of the total trip price, must be made 180 days before the departure date. This fee serves as a registration and is necessary to confirm your spot on the trip.
Second Payment: The next payment, equivalent to 35% of the total trip price, must be made 120 days before departure. This amount ensures the continued reservation of your spot and allows us to finalize bookings and arrangements.
Final Payment: The remaining payment, equivalent to 40% of the total trip price, must be made no later than 30 days before departure. This final payment is required to receive all your travel-related documents and confirmations.
Please note that these payment terms are binding, and we cannot guarantee your spot if payments are not made within the specified timeframes.
